Our online breathwork training and pranayama program is an easy way to stay disciplined with your everyday yoga and wellness practice without setting out from your home.

Our breathwork and pranayama routine comprises of daily 30 minutes sessions on the weekdays. These online pranayama program brings the best of breathing, pranayama, and everyday wellness. By spending 30 minutes every weekday morning with our experienced breathing & pranayama teacher, you will take small steps to improve your overall well-being. 6:00 - 6:30 AM CET / EDT / IST

US$155 per attendee

Per attendee fee includes 23 sessions of 30 minutes each at the given time slot

This is an all-inclusive fee and there shall be no extra charges

Sessions will be conducted using Google Meet

Join our daily breathwork and pranayama practice sessions to adopt a structured, disciplined, and safe practice online.

Important considerations for a beautiful digital learning experience

  1. Do not eat for at-least 2 hours before the online breathwork and pranayama session.

  2. Select a peaceful place in your home, balcony, terrace, or park as is suitable for you.

  3. It is ideal if the place of your breathwork practice has natural air flow.

  4. Layout your Yoga mat or 'durrie' before the pranayama session begins.

  5. Keep a bolster, Yoga Block, or cushion handy if you have difficulty sitting cross-legged on the floor.

  6. Make sure you have sufficient place to lie down on your back without getting hit, tangled, or distracted by surrounding objects.

  7. Charge your phone sufficiently and connect with your headphone before the session begins for a interruption free practice.

  8. Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement during online pranayama classes.

  9. Mute yourself once the session begins. Ask your questions towards the end when we prompt for questions. In case of urgent need, drop a message on the session chat.

  10. Last but not the least, "Trust the process."
