Mountain pose

  • Keep your feet together, your toes spread apart, and your weight evenly balanced. Hold your back straight, shoulders down, and arms at the sides of the body. 

  • Now use your legs and core while driving your feet into the floor.

Garland Pose

  • Stand straight and then step back with one leg. Bend the front knee while keeping square with hips. Your arms should reach overhead. 

  • Root your back foot to ground, engaging your thighs and core.

Child pose

  • First, you need to sit back on your heels. Bend forward, stretching arms in front or by the sides.
