Reclaim Your Inner Power: A 9-Day Navratri Mantra Meditation & Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh

An Intimate Journey into the Divine Feminine for Women and Supportive Male Allies

Upcoming: Rishikesh, India | October 10 – 20, 2026

A Mantra Meditation Retreat for Women

In the heart of the Himalayas, where the air vibrates with ancient chants and the emerald waters of the Ganga flow with grace, a sacred window opens twice a year. Navratri—the nine nights of the Goddess.

This is not just a Mantra Meditation Course hosted in Rishikesh; it is a homecoming. Whether you are looking to dissolve old blocks, ignite your creative fire, or simply find your voice, we invite you to join our intimate circle of 20 souls for a meditative immersion into Shakti energy.

Why Join Us in Rishikesh?

Rishikesh is known globally as the "Yoga Capital of the World," but during Navratri, it transforms into a living temple. Our luxury mantras sound healing retreat is designed as a meditative introduction to the path of Tantra and Bhakti, making it accessible to women of all ages and off all proficiency levels while providing profound depth for seasoned practitioners.

The Experience Includes:

  • Self-Led Soulful Musical Chants: Daily call-and-response chanting led by your hosts, focusing on the healing frequencies of the Nav Durga.

  • Somatic Shakti Yoga: Heart-opening and grounding practices designed to integrate the energy of the Divine Feminine into the physical body.

  • Shakti Peeth Pilgrimage: A sunrise journey to the high-altitude Kunjapuri Devi Temple to witness the first light over the Himalayas.

  • Sacred Integration: A dedicated space for Male Allies to learn the art of "holding space" and balancing their inner Shiva/Shakti energies.

  • Vedic Fire Rituals: Creating a bridge between the physical and metaphysical realms, using the sacred fire element to transmute material offerings and mantras into refined spiritual energy.

  • Cleansing Water Rituals: A moving Ganga Visarjan ceremony to release your intentions into the Great Flow.

Our mantras meditation programs bring this, and a lot more. Join us in Rishikesh during the Holy days of Navratri to experience the magnificence of yogic wellbeing.

The Nine-Night Path

Our mantras based sound healing journey follows the traditional three-stage transformation of the soul:

1. The Fire of Purification

Focusing on Ma Durga, we use sacred ‘homa’, grounding asanas, and cleansing kriyas to clear the "shadows"—the fears and habits that no longer serve you.

2. The Flow of Abundance

Dedicated to Ma Lakshmi, we open the heart to receive. Through fluid movement and melodic chanting, we invite grace, self-worth, and creative "Rasa" (emotions) into our lives.

3. The Light of Wisdom

Honoring Ma Saraswati, we tap into our intuition and truth. This phase culminates in our mountain pilgrimage and our profound Ganga Visarjan closing circle.

A Conscious, Intimate Group

To ensure a deep, transformative experience, we cap our group at 15–20 participants.

  • Conscious Upavasa (Sacred Fasting): Guidance and support on traditional fasting practices to detoxify the system and sharpen spiritual receptivity, with options ranging from full "vrat" to mindful, light eating.

  • Gourmet Sattvic Dining: Pure, vibrant, Ayurvedic meals designed to nourish your body during the nine days of mantras meditation retreat in Rishikesh.

  • Women-Centric, Ally-Inclusive: A safe space for women to lead and explore, with a welcoming, conscious framework for men to participate and support.

Is this Yogic Journey for You?

This Mantra Sadhana course in Rishikesh is a curated sanctuary designed for those ready to move beyond the physical practice of yoga and into the heart of devotional living. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a curious Yoga beginner, this journey is for:

  • The Modern Woman: Seekers looking to reclaim their sovereign power, heal their relationship with the feminine, and find a community of like-minded sisters in a safe, nurturing set-up.

  • Supportive Male Allies: Conscious men who wish to honor the Divine Feminine within and without, learning the art of holding sacred space while deepening their own meditative presence.

  • The Devotional Soul: Anyone who feels a pull towards the Divine Feminine and wants to nurture the relationship using Navratri Mantra Meditation for emotional and spiritual breakthrough.

  • The Transition Seeker: Individuals standing at a crossroads in life—career, relationship, or personal identity—who need the "Fire of Durga" to clear the old and the "Grace of Lakshmi" to invite the new.

  • Authentic Travelers: Those tired of commercial tourism who crave a deep, culturally rooted experience of India during its most sacred time of year.

 Mantra Sadhana Shakti Retreat FAQs

  • Absolutely. This mantras retreat is designed as a meditative introduction. We lead the music in a way that is easy to follow, and we provide a digital or physical "Songbook" with lyrics and translations. The goal is heart-connection, not musical perfection.

  • It means participating fully in the yoga, chanting, and rituals while honoring that the space is centered on the feminine arc. Men will explore their own "Shakti" (energy) and learn the "Shiva" (consciousness) role of holding a safe, respectful perimeter for the group's collective unfolding.

  • October is one of the most beautiful months in the Himalayas. Expect pleasant, sunny days (around 25°C to 28°C) and crisp, cool evenings (around 15°C). It is perfect for both outdoor yoga and cozy evening Kirtans.

  • We follow a "Middle Path." Our meals are gourmet, nourishing, and Ayurvedic (no onion, garlic, or heavy spices). For those who wish to try traditional Navratri fasting, we provide guidance and "light" options (like fruits and milk), but it is entirely optional based on your health and energy needs.

  • The trek is considered moderate. We drive most of the way up the mountain to witness the sunrise, followed by a walk up a series of stairs to reach the temple shrine. A basic level of physical fitness is helpful, but we move at a meditative, inclusive pace.

  • Most travelers from the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East require an e-Visa to enter India. This is a straightforward online process that should be completed at least 30 days before departure. We can provide a letter of invitation if required for your application.

  • The nearest airport is Dehradun (DED), which is about a 45-minute drive from Rishikesh. We provide airport pick-up to ensure a smooth arrival for you.

    • Attendees are required to bring white Indian kurti (long top) and salwar (loose pants) for daily practice.

    • Clothes in the tones of red are required for Fire rituals..

    • Comfortable, modest yoga wear (shoulders and knees covered is respectful for temple visits).

    • A light jacket or shawl for early morning meditations and evening Kirtan.

    • An open heart and a reusable water bottle.

  • It is a traditional closing ceremony where we walk to the river on the final day. We offer organic flowers and sacred items from our 9-day altar to the water. It symbolizes the integration of the retreat’s energy into the flow of your daily life.
