Not at all. Program One and Two are specifically designed for absolute beginners. We take you from the very basics of breath awareness to more advanced techniques in a safe, guided environment.

Pranayama is generally very safe; however, if you are pregnant or suffer from high blood pressure or cardiac issues, please consult your doctor first. Always inform your guide at the start of the session so he can provide necessary modifications.

We primarily use Google Meet or Zoom. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a secure meeting link via a calendar invite. It works on laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Yes! Our "Breathing Essentials" program is suitable for all ages. Breathwork is one of the few wellness practices that is as beneficial for a 10-year-old’s focus as it is for a 70-year-old’s vitality.

Deep yogic breathing involves the diaphragm and abdominal muscles. Practicing on an empty stomach prevents physical discomfort and allows the energy (Prana) to flow freely without the body being distracted by digestion.

The difference is Real-Time Interaction. Unlike an app, your guide observes your practice, answers your specific questions, and adjusts the energy of the class based on the participants' needs. You are joining a live pranayama & breathwork lineage, not just a recording.

We strive to provide a transformative experience. If you register and find you cannot attend, we offer a full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the program begins. Once a program has started, we are unable to offer refunds due to the limited number of spots in our interactive groups. However, we are happy to offer you a one-time credit to join a future cohort.

Because our sessions are live and highly participative, we encourage 100% attendance to get the full benefit.
For Program One & Two: If you miss a session due to an emergency, please notify us. We will provide a brief summary of the techniques covered so you can stay in flow with the group for the following day.
For Program Three (Daily Practice): As this is an ongoing monthly subscription, missed sessions are not refundable or carried over, much like a traditional yoga studio membership.

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may gift your spot to a friend or family member. Simply send us an email with their details at least 24 hours before the first session so we can update our "Digital Shala" guest list.

While rare, if a session is canceled due to technical issues in Rishikesh (such as a power or internet outage), we will schedule an additional make-up session at a time convenient for the group or provide a pro-rata credit for that specific day.
