Mantra Yoga in Rishikesh: Find Your Path Through Sadhana

Three residential programs ꩜ One living tradition ꩜ Depth that matches your energy

Authentic Mantra Yoga & Meditation Experience

Mantra Yoga - also called Nada Yoga or yoga of sacred sound - is one of four classical paths described in Vedic scripture. Hatha Yoga works through the body. But this? It works through vibration: precise recitation of Sanskrit syllables that moves mental energy from distraction toward clarity.

At Ekattva Yogshala, this was never a workshop offering. It's a living tradition. Taught by masters trained in unbroken Himalayan lineages, on banks of the same river that has shaped this practice for over 5,000 years - Rishikesh. A city where Ganga still runs through every session, where high-oxygen mountain air supports breathwork at center of each program, and where ashrams, temples, and sacred caves turn a retreat into something closer to a pilgrimage than a class.

Through our Mantra Meditation & Sadhana programs, you'll work with 60+ Vedic mantras under real, sustained guidance. Not a single session but a genuine path toward the clarity, focus, and inner steadiness this practice has offered seekers for thousands of years.

Which Mantra Program is Right For You?

Ekattva runs three distinct residential programs. They share a lineage and a teacher, but they're built for different people, at different points in their practice. Read the description that sounds most like you.

🌱 New to mantras, and want your first real immersion?

We recommend:

7-Day Mantra Yoga Retreat

No prior experience needed. This is where most people begin. A foundation in Nada Yoga fundamentals paired with real Ganga immersion. Built for corporate professionals, busy parents, and curious first-timers looking for a genuine burnout reset. Offered in the summer and autumn windows. Groups are capped at 20.

🔥 Want to connect with Divine Feminine during Navratri's sacred timing?

Choose:

9-Day Navratri Shakti Retreat

Timed to the twice-yearly Navratri window itself. This one only runs in October and April when that window actually falls. It's a devotional immersion built around Nav Durga mantras and ritual. Best suited to those who already have some familiarity with practice and feel a pull toward Shakti specifically - women and supportive male allies alike. Also capped at 20.

🌀 Already practicing, and ready to deepen your proficiency?

Go for:

21-Day Mantra Sadhna Course

Twenty-one nights running each December into January. A mastery-level residency. It assumes something coming in - either existing practice of your own or our 7-Day retreat as foundation beneath it. Here, work moves into advanced Sukta study, Manas Japa, sustained Sadhana, Mauna, and private mentorship you simply won't find in a shorter program. Same group cap of 20, held small on purpose.

Your Guide: Sh. Manohar Prasad

An alumnus of Parmarth Niketan Ashram & Gurukul in Rishikesh, Manohar Ji spent his early years immersed in Vedic chanting and mantra practice long before he ever taught it to anyone else. Since 2015, he's guided students from over 40 countries, translating this tradition for modern practitioners without diluting what makes it work.

He's also a soulful singer in his own right - his hymns and Om chanting shaped the daily Ganga Aarti in Rishikesh for years before students ever sat with him in a program. Watch him below to hear that same voice you'll be learning alongside. You will learn how he works specifically with this program's audience.

Break down the barriers of limiting beliefs, tear apart the fog of impaired thoughts, evolve your spiritual connection, and harness your untapped potential to transform your existence.

Manifest the better you !
