I am Manohar. My story begins in a quiet, tranquil hamlet nestled within the Mussoorie range of the Himalayas—a place where the mountains whisper ancient truths and the air carries a profound stillness. At a very young age, this stillness drew me to the Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Immersed in the sacred rhythms of the gurukul and sitting by the gentle, eternal flow of the Ganges, a deep realization settled into my soul. I recognized that yoga was not merely a practice to be studied, but a way of life to be shared.

It was there, on the riverbanks, that I found my calling. I chose to dedicate my life to carrying this ancient gift forward, bridging the gap between timeless eastern wisdom and a modern world seeking alignment.

No profound journey is walked alone. Along the path, I was fortunate to meet exceptional souls—teachers, guides, and seekers—who felt the exact same pull. Together, we founded Ekattva Yogshala in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh. We were not driven by the idea of building an institution, but by a shared vision: to create a global sanctuary for holistic wellness.

Today, our school has evolved into a vibrant ecosystem of transformation. Our capable team of teachers and staff do not just instruct; they act as catalysts, gently guiding students from all corners of the Earth through their own profound journeys of self-discovery. We view yoga as a vital antidote to the fragmentation of modern life—a practice that restores harmony to the body, clarity to the mind, and peace to the spirit.
